(DRZ400S 2007) http://motoequip.com.ua/

ADJUSTMENT - The forks are set where we think you'll like them best. You should be able to bolt them on and go. However, everyone is different and if you need to adjust, use these guidelines: OIL LEVEL - 5 mm at a time DAMPING ADJUSTERS - 2 clicks SETTING OIL LEVEL ON UPSIDE DOWN KYB and WP FORKS - There is a gap between the inner and outer fork tube. On Upside-down KYB & WP's there is no bleed hole in the lower (chrome) fork tube as there is on Showa's. Without a bleed hole, oil and air get trapped in this space and there is no way of telling exactly how much is in there. This causes inconsistent oil level settings. Our solution is to remove all the oil from this space before setting the oil level. First bleed the cartridge. Then simply lift the outer fork tube all the way up, this dumps the oil from this space into the inner tube. Then collapse the fork and set the oil level. This method calls for higher levels (as much as 40mm) than those recommended by the factory.
OIL CHANGE INTERVAL - 30-50 hours; more often if you ride in rain or mud. Whenever possible we use Ultra Slick Fluids to extend service life and lower friction.
